2. Principles

We only process personal data to the extent necessary to operate this website, answer enquiries and handle bookings. The legal basis is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish data protection act (LOPDGDD).

This website itself sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no third party fonts or advertising scripts. The only embedded services are the enquiry form and the booking system, both described below. Fonts and images are delivered from our own server.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by a provider with data centres in the European Union under a data processing agreement. When you visit, the server stores technically necessary information in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This data serves the secure and stable delivery of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted automatically after a short period unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.

4. Enquiry form

Our enquiry forms are embedded via the form service contform.com, which is operated on our behalf on servers in the EU. When you submit a form, we process the data entered (name, email, phone, occasion, date, number of people, message) and the page from which you sent it in order to answer your enquiry. The form may set a technically necessary cookie for this. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). The data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with and no retention obligations apply.

5. Online booking

Our booking system at app.resavis.com is embedded on the booking page. When you open the page, your browser connects to this system and your IP address is transmitted; the system may set technically necessary cookies. If you book, we process the data entered there to handle the booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data relevant for invoicing is kept for the statutory periods.

6. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to deal with your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed.

7. Links to social networks and maps

Our Instagram and Facebook profiles and the route planner on Google Maps are only linked, not embedded. Data is only transferred when you click the link and open the respective service. Its own privacy policy applies there.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. A short message to info@simracing-mallorca.es is sufficient.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

9. Encryption

This site is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
