Team building
Getting faster together
Sim racing combines high tech and speed with team spirit and fair play. In a team building session your teams plan strategy and driver changes together, run practice, qualifying and race, and see at the end who leads the leaderboard.
On request we set up a race series of your own, with the cars designed in your brand. For the company party around it, Motorworld Mallorca offers a restaurant, event spaces with catering and meeting rooms.
How it works
The plan
1. Plan the programme
You tell us the date, number of people and goal. We suggest the schedule, teams and race format.
2. Form teams
A briefing for everyone, then practice. The teams decide driver order and strategy.
3. Race and prize giving
Qualifying, race, leaderboard. Afterwards a meal or party at Motorworld.
Our recommendation
Options that fit
Team building race
Practice, qualifying and race in teams, with a leaderboard. Larger groups race in heats.
Your own race series
A series in your company colours, also across several dates, for example as a contest between departments.
Simulators at your venue
We bring the simulators to your company party and look after your guests the whole time.
